Custom Manufacturing of Conveyor Frames for the Aluminum Industry

A client from the aluminum industry contacted Numerical Concepts to custom manufacture conveyor frames in a number of different styles and sizes. The steel components of the conveyor frames were flame and saw cut, welded, turned, milled and then sand blasted. These processes were followed by painting with both yellow and blue epoxy paint. After a thorough inspection of all the manufactured parts, we packaged and shipped 10 of each different style of conveyor frame to the client. The entire project took 12 weeks from order to delivery.
